What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Check, or COD. We also extend our standard terms of 1% 10, net 30 to customers with approved credit.
If I don't see what I need on your site, can I get it?
We supply many products in addition to the items that we show on our website. Please contact us and a representative will be happy to help you find the product you need.
Do you have a minimum amount of products that must be ordered?
No, unlike our competition, we allow our customers to buy as many, or as few, products as they like. Items can be purchased in the quantity they are priced in on our website. This means that you may buy only one case of an item or, with boxes, as few as one box.
How do you calcutate shipping charges?
We determine the most efficient way to ship your order. For most orders, FedEx software calculates your shipping immediately. For orders that require extra attention, due to their size or weight, we will obtain a quote from a logistics company. We do not pad our shipping charges. The amount we are charged by the logistics company is the amount we charge our customers.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within one business day of receipt.
What happens when some items on my order are out of stock?
You will be contacted about any out of stock items on your order. You will be given the choice of having the in stock items shipped immediately. The out of stock items will follow as soon as they become available. We may also hold your order until the out of stock items are ready to ship. Either way, there will be no additional charges added to your initial shipping quote.
Can I pick my order up at your location?
We do offer Will Call pickup to customers who prefer to pick up their orders. Orders can be picked up during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday) 8:30-5:00 with the exception of Holidays. We ask that customers submit their order online or via phone before attempting to pick up.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We offer discounts on large orders. Additional discounts may apply in many cases. Each order is given individual attention so discounts are handled on a case by case business. Please speak with a customer service representative for details.
Can I use my own parcel or freight carrier account?
Yes, you may ship on your own UPS or FedEx account. In the case of larger orders, you can have your order shipped collect via the LTL Freight Carrier of your choice. You will find the option to do this under the shipment options tab during the checkout process.
Does AM Shipping Supplies ship outside the United States?
Yes, we do ship to many locations worldwide. In these cases, we will calculate the most efficient shipping method. We will then contact you with your shipping quote and carrier options.
Can you ship to a Post Office Box?
Yes, we ship to Post Office Boxes throughout the United States. United States Postal Service package size and weight limitations apply.
Do you offer drop shipping services?
Yes, we are able to ship an item to a third party with blind packaging or with paperwork that you provide.
How can I open an account?
We require a standard credit application with three trade references to be submitted. Once the references are checked, we will extend our standard terms of 1% 10, net 30.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer full credit on returns made within ten business days of your receipt of our products. Full credit for the products will be given upon our receipt of the items in good condition. The customer is expected to pay for all shipping charges, except in cases of error on our part.
We have never and will never share our customers information with any other companies.
Can I request a copy of an invoice?
Yes, you can request copies of any paperwork via phone or email.
Can I opt out of receiving emails and offers?
Yes, we will gladly remove you from our emailing list. Simply submit your request via email and we will prevent you from receiving additional correspondence.
